Plans approved for Tonbridge riverside development

Blueberry Homes has now obtained planning permission for a major development of apartments and sympathetic commercial space on what was the former brownfield site adjacent to the riverside in Tonbridge.

A spokesperson for Blueberry Homes said “We are delighted to have received planning permission for the scheme which consists of 144 apartments and 6,000 sqft of commercial space. This will bring a public space back to life and create much needed new homes as well as business to the area”.
